Day of the Dead is a Mexican celebration of life and those we have lost. Over the past ten years, Union has developed its own way of celebrating the tradition – and this year, we’re marking the occasion with two nights of cumbia, dancing and live music.
From danceable Balkan music to Nordic jazz, experimental sound art and musical memories. This October, four different musical projects celebrate new releases at Union, inviting audiences to experience their music up close as it comes alive on stage.
10 October: Come in and use your own voice, share your stories and try out your inner sound engineer, record a song or operate a black magic camera together with the young communities at Union.
Medusa is the name of Union's brand new event space, which will provide a framework for performances, talks, workshops, intimate events, film screenings and movement.
