We work towards a local and collective experience. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, sexism, racism, homophobia or transphobia. We put these topics on the agenda with our members, audience and workshop participants.
Open dance workshops
Weekly movement workshops which are primarily aimed at new participants in the culture. The aim of the workshop is to give the participants insight into the world of dance. Improvisation and self-expression are on the agenda, and there will be plenty of opportunity for immersion and play through various exercises and steps. Each course focuses on a specific theme. The class always starts with an intro, warm-up, and joint end. Emphasis is placed on the social aspect of dance, and how to work with your own expression.
Fuse point Jams
Weekly journeys through music and movement. Here, intimate music experiences are offered, where we work with alternative ways to convey the music experience. Here the distance between the audience and the artists is blurred. Through sound and architecture, light and visual setup, we encourage and help participants and artists to reduce the barrier between them, thereby offering a social and physical dialogue on the dance floor.
