What to Expect
In this workshop, we will explore the five sacred rhythms:
- Fluidez, Patacore Despojo (Arrullo a lo humano)
- Molleo Sacro Tierra
- Pelvis (Conscious and Deep Breathing)
- Mapaye (Dance of Resistance).
Through both theory and practice, you will learn how these movements can enhance your health, boost your confidence, relieve stress, and stimulate your creativity.

26-28 September, the International Music Festival Sonamos Latinoamerica occupies three different venues across Copenhagen. The festival shows the enormous diversity and richness that the Latin American music treasure has to offer.
Sonamos Latinoamerica is a setting where the past, present and future of Latin American folk music come together and mix. The festival is part of European Folk Day(s) 2024.
