Getting there

Union is centrally located at Skt. Hans Torv in Nørrebro. Bus 1A stops at Skt. Hans Torv. Busses 5C and 350S stop at nearby Nørrebrogade.

There is a wheelchair ramp access to ALICE and there is a lift to the eatery on the ground floor. Threre is no elevator or lift for the remaining floors in Union.

It is not permitted to park on the Union grounds, but there is disabled parking next to the building and a public parking facility directly opposite the cultural center.

Rules and regulations in Union

You are allowed to do a lot of things in Union. But we have a few rules that must be followed. For everyone to have a safe and pleasant stay, please always follow the staff’s instructions and respect the following rules and regulations:

  • Stay or presence at the location is permitted when it is used for its intended purpose
  • Be considerate of others at the location and do not engage in unsafe or similar behaviour that may be a nuisance to others
  • Use of and presence at the location is at your own risk
  • The City of Copenhagen does not assume responsibility for lost or abandoned property
  • Keep the place neat and clean. Clean up after yourself and use the waste containers
  • All indoor areas are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes or similar)
  • It is not permitted to sleep at the location
  • It is not permitted to be under the influence of-, prepare- or consume drugs
  • Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in areas that have been specifically approved for it
  • Vandalism, theft, and other criminal acts are always reported to the police. The report is made by the location’s management
  • Pets are not allowed unless it is a documented service dog
  • The police may be called to ensure public order and protect the safety of individuals and the public
  • Staff on location interpret rules and regulations and are authorized to expel and/or quarantine a guest when they don’t follow the rules
  • Posters, notices and the like may only be put up on the notice board at the entrance.
  • Food and drinks brought with you may not be consumed in the eatery. Catering can be ordered from Send Flere Krydderier.
