The festival opens with 10 Years through the Lens of Claudia Adeath, a photography exhibition featuring portraits of the musicians and bands who have shaped the festival over the past decade, alongside the music of Julián Maraboto, pioneer of the self-defined genre Alterlatino, blending Latin American rhythms with global influences in a vibrant exploration of identity, migration, and belonging.

CLAUDIA ADEATH

Claudia Adeath is a Mexican photographer and cultural curator whose work captures the people and stories behind cultural exchange. In 10 Years through the Lens of Claudia Adeath, she celebrates a decade of artists, friendships, and musical encounters that have defined Sonamos Latinoamérica Denmark. 

JULIAN MARABOTO

Julian Maraboto is a Mexican musician and composer based in Denmark, and pioneer of the self-defined genre Alterlatino. Blending Latin American rhythms with global influences, his music explores identity, migration, and belonging through intimate and heartfelt performances rooted in tradition and shaped by innovation.
