Guitarduoen fra sydamerika bestående af Ricardo Pellican (Argentina) og Bjarke Lund (Ecuador-Danmark) har optrådt sammen siden 2018 på festivaler i Brasilien, Chile, Argentina og Ecuador, med fantastiske reaktioner fra publikum. Til koncerten på Union spiller de sammen med Jesper Thilo, en af de største danske jazzsaxofonister. 

Med et bredt repertoire af standards og egne kompositioner, garanterer de et varieret show med en uimodståelig og smitsom energi.

I Union inviterer vi til to håndfulde med spændende koncerter, som på hver deres måde afsøger jazzens grænseområder. Du skal med andre ord ikke forvente dig traditionel jazz, men derimod en rejse ned til jazzens globale rødder.

Lively and catchy swing jazz with inspiration from styles such as jazz manouche, bossa nova and bebop.

The guitar duo from South America consisting of Ricardo Pellican (Argentina) and Bjarke Lund (Ecuador-Denmark) has performed together since 2018 at festivals in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Ecuador, with fantastic reactions from the audience. For the concert at Union, they play together with Jesper Thilo, one of the greatest Danish jazz saxophonists.

With a wide repertoire of standards and own compositions, they guarantee a varied show with an irresistible and contagious energy.

In Union, we invite you to enjoy two handfuls of exciting concerts, which in their own way explore the borderlands of jazz. In other words, you should not expect traditional jazz, but rather a journey to the global roots of jazz.
